WhatsApp Bot Real Estate 5-day MVP $850 Fixed Bid

Cite Roselyne — French Real-Estate WhatsApp AI Bot

A French real-estate developer needed 24/7 multilingual lead qualification on WhatsApp without hiring more agents. SkynetLabs shipped a working MVP in 5 days at a $850 fixed bid (50/50 split).

The Problem

Roselyne (real-estate developer, Paris region) was generating qualified WhatsApp inquiries from her listings but losing them after-hours. Inbound questions came in French, English, and occasional Arabic. Her existing process was a single human reading messages on a phone and replying when she had time. Conversion was dropping because response time stretched past 12 hours during weekends and holidays. She did not want to add headcount, did not trust generic chatbots to handle property questions, and had a hard requirement that nothing leak commercial data to a public LLM.

The Stack

n8n self-hosted Hostinger KVM 2 (referral) WhatsApp Business API GPT-5.4 via OpenAI System prompt in FR/EN Supabase (lead capture) ManyChat (template flows)

The Build

5-day delivery, 50% upfront, 50% on accept. Day 1 was the WhatsApp Business API setup and Meta template approval submission. Day 2 was the n8n VPS provision plus the lead-capture Supabase table. Day 3 wired the GPT-5.4 reply node with a tightly scoped system prompt covering property questions only, with a hard refusal on price negotiation and an automatic handoff trigger to Roselyne for any qualified buyer signal. Day 4 was QA across 30 sample messages in French and English. Day 5 was production cutover plus a 30-minute handoff call.

The Outcome

Bot is live and answering inbound WhatsApp inquiries in French and English within seconds. Roselyne now receives a Slack ping only when a message contains a qualified buyer signal (budget mentioned, viewing request, contact details), eliminating the after-hours reading load. Conversion data is still accumulating — the bot has been live under 30 days at the time of this writing — but qualitative feedback from the first cohort of leads has been positive. Pre-kickoff PDFs in French were sent for client onboarding, kickoff call confirmed.

Healthcare Web Pre-Launch Next.js Phase 2 Upsell Path

GutReno Pre-Launch — Site for a Colon & Rectal Surgeon

A board-certified colon and rectal surgeon needed a credible pre-launch presence to start collecting referral interest before the full practice site was ready. SkynetLabs shipped a conversion-focused demo at gutreno-prelaunch.vercel.app.

The Problem

The client was 6+ months out from launching the full GutReno.com practice site but already had referring physicians asking where to send patients. The interim WordPress site they were quoted ran 7000 to 12000 USD with a 6-week timeline. Most of that scope was features the pre-launch did not need yet. The real requirement was a credible single-page demo that explained the practice positioning, captured interest, and held the brand position while the full site went through its own build.

The Stack

Next.js 15 React 19 Tailwind v4 Vercel (free tier) JSON-LD MedicalOrganization OG image pipeline

The Build

7 to 10 day delivery, $300 to $600 range with a Phase 2 full-site upsell explicitly scoped. Editorial design system tuned for healthcare authority — restrained typography, calm palette, real procedure language without being clinical-sterile. Schema markup baked in (MedicalOrganization, Person for the surgeon, Service for procedures). Fast load, mobile-first, the kind of site referring physicians can scan in 15 seconds. A 16-question discovery sheet was sent post-demo to lock the Phase 2 scope.

The Outcome

Demo + pitch sent. Site live at gutreno-prelaunch.vercel.app. Awaiting client reply on the 16-question scoping sheet for Phase 2. The pre-launch demo itself stands as a working artifact — this is the speculative-build pitch model SkynetLabs uses on every freelance bid: ship a real working demo first, then pitch with sharp scope-unlocking questions.

Wellness Brand Pre-Launch 5-Variant Demo $1K Anchor

Wellness DNA — Five-Variant Pre-Launch Demo for a Luxury Wellness Brand

A pre-launch DNA wellness brand needed to see five distinct creative directions before committing to the full build. SkynetLabs shipped all five Next.js variants in a single demo at skynetlabs-wellness-demo.vercel.app.

The Problem

Founder was deep in brand work but stuck on visual direction. Five creative directors had been shortlisted, four agencies had pitched, and the deck-fatigue had set in. What they actually needed was to see five working sites — not Figma frames — and pick the one that felt right when scrolled on a phone. The traditional agency approach (one direction, three iterations, 6-week timeline) was the opposite of what the moment required.

The Stack

Next.js 15 React 19 React Three Fiber v9 Three.js (Helix variant) Vercel deployment 5 distinct design systems

The Build

Five working variants under one demo URL with a top-right switcher: Helix 3D (R3F-driven double-helix interactive hero), Editorial (long-form magazine treatment), Glass (frosted-pane luxury cosmetic feel), Magazine (Vogue-style cover and split layouts), and Aesop (austere, restrained, near-monochrome typography-led). Each variant is a real navigable site, not a screenshot. $1K anchor pricing, 5 to 7 day delivery, deployed on a clean alias. Repo on GitHub for handoff.

  • 5 distinct creative directions in one demo
  • R3F + Three.js for the flagship Helix hero
  • Repo at github.com/waseemnasir2k26/skynetlabs-wellness-demo
  • 5 scope-unlocking questions sent with the pitch

The Outcome

Pitch delivered, demo live, awaiting client direction on which variant to advance to the full build. The five-variant demo is now a reusable SkynetLabs pattern for any pre-launch brand stuck between visual directions — faster than three pitches, cheaper than a full agency engagement, and the client gets to feel the site in their hand before signing the contract.
