A bespoke flagship demo for a Hudson Valley wedding venue, Auberlin Estate. It is a single long-form landing page built to sell a high-ticket, low-volume venue to engaged couples and their planners. The whole thing leans on radical transparency: live availability, floor-level pricing, named spaces, and a real inquiry funnel, instead of the usual "request a brochure" wall.

The build demonstrates an editorial nine-section funnel that moves from hero to a four-month availability calendar, three named spaces with capacities and specs, a three-era estate timeline, itemized pricing with add-ons quoted at cost, a curated partner list, testimonials, a director bio, and an eight-field qualifying inquiry form with event-type, budget-band, and site-visit dropdowns. It shows how a venue can lead with pricing and open dates rather than hide them, and closes with a compliance-heavy footer (license number, insurance, house rules) that builds trust.
A premium wedding or event venue that wants a high-end, transparency-first site that qualifies leads before the first call.
