Ostería Marquez is a bespoke flagship demo for a modern Mediterranean fine-dining room in Chicago's Ukrainian Village. It shows how SkynetLabs builds a single-location restaurant site: a reservation-first homepage, a full printed-style menu with wine pairings, a chef's-voice audio section, and a private dining inquiry flow. Built as a proof-of-craft for independent restaurateurs who want editorial design without a template look.

The build demonstrates a restaurant funnel organized around booking. The homepage opens on a "Tonight" board of daily specials, each with a price and wine note, then drops straight into a reservation widget with date, time-slot, and party-size selectors plus a stated booking policy. Below that sits the full Carta across Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, and Postres, a Chef Lucia audio section, a sherry-led cellar list, and a private dining panel with prix-fixe, pairing, and buyout options. Hours, location, press layout, allergen and liquor notices, and contact details close it out.
An independent fine-dining or chef-driven restaurant owner who wants a bespoke, reservation-led site that reads like an editorial spread, not a template.
