Does this integrate with MindBody, Vagaro and Boulevard?+
Yes to all three. MindBody Public API v6 is solid for booking and lookup. Vagaro exposes a partner API. Boulevard has the cleanest GraphQL surface of the three and we prefer it where the client has a choice. Square Appointments and Fresha are also supported.
Will it sound like a chatbot or like my spa?+
We voice-lock from 60 of your real Instagram DMs and 5 to 10 minutes of recorded calls with your front desk. The agent reads back as your spa, not a generic AI. We hard-fail on AI-tell phrases (no 'transform', no 'unlock', no 'on this journey'). If a client cannot tell it is an agent, we did it right.
